All Consultations include a 30 minute voice meeting with Melissa to discuss your project.
PAINT COLOUR CONSULTATION
$125 +hst per hour
Values, pigments, and hues, oh my! Melissa has been simplifying paint colour selection (one of the trickiest design choices) for over a decade.
Whether it’s your new place or you need a fresh pair of eyes on your established home, meet with Melissa to select the perfect colour scheme - inside or out. After your meeting you’ll have concrete Benjamin Moore colour selections and clear sense of direction.
DESIGN + DECORATING CONSULTATION
$250 +hst, up to 2 hours
Great for those who:
only need a nudge to get going, you prefer to carry out the ideas on your own.
Schedule a two-hour meeting in your home with Melissa to provide definitive answers about paint colour, furniture placement and sizing, window treatments, lighting, exterior finishes, and where to shop for all the good stuff!
After our time together you'll receive a summary of everything we discussed so you can start your project.
New-Build Design Centre Selections
$350 +hst
Congratulations on your new place - let’s make it look fantastic! With this option you’ll first meet with Melissa for up to 1 hour to review the floorplan, discuss your style, how you’d like your new place to feel, and what type of upgrades you want to select. Then you’ll meet at the builder’s design centre (for up to 2 hours) to put it all together.
Additional time and re-selections billed at $125+hst per hour.

$250 +hst, up to 2 hours
